CFP: Dialectic issue on "Science and Mathematics"

Dialectic is a student journal run by the University of York Philosophy Society. It has received international attention, and aims to provide Philosophy students (and enthusiasts!) a forum to air their ideas to a wider audience. The next issue is due to be released in the autumn term and we are now taking submissions for publication.

The topic for discussion in the Autumn issue is 'Science and Mathematics'. Essays should be strictly philosophical in nature, and relatively light on the Scientific and Mathematic terminology. Three essays of 1000 words, and two of 1500 words will be published. Further details on submissions can be found on the Dialectic website (www.dialecticonline.wordpress.com).

Please email all submissions to dialecticsubmissions@gmail.com, and any further enquiries can be sent to dialecticyork@gmail.com. The cut off date for submissions is Monday June 20th.

Happy philosophising!
